What's the difference between Shop and Pro?
Shop is one user and up to 25 features on the board, with every chart type, capability indices and shareable reports. Pro is unlimited users and features for one price per company, plus Gage R&R, scheduled CMM imports, rule alerts and an audit log.
Is Pro per user?
No. Pro is one price for the whole shop, however many people log in. The inspector, the lead machinist and the owner can all be on it.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Month to month, no setup fee, cancel anytime from your account. Paying yearly gives you two months free.
When am I charged?
We're opening accounts to shops in small groups this fall. You won't be charged when you sign up. Billing starts the day your account opens and you log in for the first time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime from your account. Going from Shop to Pro keeps every feature and reading in place.
What if it doesn't work for my shop?
Cancel from your account and you won't be billed again. Export your readings and reports first; they're yours.
