Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CPKBOARD LLC ("Cpkboard", "we") and cover your use of Cpkboard, control chart and capability software for manufacturers. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need a real name and a working email to open an account. Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans and billing

The Shop plan is $29 per month or $290 per year for one user. The Pro plan is $90 per month or $900 per year per company, with unlimited users. Reserving a plan costs nothing. Billing starts on the day your account opens and you first log in, and renews monthly or yearly until you cancel from your account. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email.

Your charts inform your decisions

Cpkboard computes control limits, capability indices and gage study results from the readings you provide, using the formulas shown in the product. The decisions you make from them, including whether to ship a lot, accept a process or submit a capability study to a customer, are yours. We don't certify your process or your parts, and Cpkboard isn't validated software for regulated submissions.

Your data

You own the readings, features, jobs, reports and customer information you put into Cpkboard. You can export them at any time as CSV and PDF. Anything you paste into the demo on the public site stays in your browser and isn't sent to us.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break into the service, scrape other accounts or resell access. We can suspend an account that does.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CPKBOARD LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits, rejected lots or indirect damages. The service is provided as is.

Ending the agreement

Cancel anytime from your account. We can close accounts that break these terms. Either way, you can export your data first.
