CPKBOARD LLC ("Cpkboard", "we") runs https://www.cpkboard.com. This page says what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, shop name, email, shop size, how you chart today and what your customers ask for.
- Files you send us: CMM exports or spreadsheets you email us so we can set up your features.
- Messages: what you write in the contact form.
- Site usage: pages viewed and buttons clicked, through Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag, including the ad that brought you here (campaign, keyword, click ID). We don't record your screen or your keystrokes.
What we don't collect
Readings you paste into the demo on the public site are processed in your browser and never sent to us. We don't collect payment details until your account opens, and then a payment processor handles your card; we never see the full number.
How we use it
- To open and run your account, and to email you about it.
- To set up your features and imports.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to Cpkboard.
- To answer your messages.
We don't sell your information. Your readings, charts and customer details are yours and are never shared with other shops or with your customers unless you send them a report.
Where it's stored
Account records and messages are stored with our hosting provider in the United States and emailed to us through a transactional email service. Analytics data is held by Google under its own policies.
Your choices
Email hello@cpkboard.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Block cookies in your browser if you don't want analytics; the site still works.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email account holders.
